Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required

Return Process:

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide the return address and steps.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Exchanges are accepted: place a new order after your return is confirmed

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll fix it as soon as possible.
